My #oneword for 2023

 Enough

My focus for 2023, or the lens under which I filter what happens is through the word, Enough. I was thinking about this word in terms of running yesterday, and I decided that I enough wisdom and when enough training meets a certain race or event, I will be ready. I was also thinking about this word financially and kept realzing that a mantra I need to repeat over and over is, That I have more than enough.
